We offer a safe integrated solutions to make homeownership possible for all Ghanaians, not just those for which the current system works, make it possible for more people than ever to begin building wealth through affordable housing.
Key Objectives
As our nation continues to struggle to ensure equitable opportunities for all Ghanaians, there is one major stumbling block in the pursuit of economic equality: the lack of access to homeownership. As an Equal Opportunity Lender and/or Home Provider, we ensure a fair and equitable real-estate system for all qualified people, a departure from antiquated and/or legacy systems that has made homeownership more elusive than ever, blocking the creation of wealth for millions of families - punctuated by the paltry $300m mortgages underwritten in the last 30yrs for some 3,000 people (less than 1% [circa 0.75%] of Ghana's GDP, pals in comparison to about 50-70% of GDP in most developed and/or emerging economies).
Homeownership offers financial stability and opportunity for families. Homeowners are, on average, 40 times wealthier than renters. With every family that isn’t able to own a home, there’s a multi-generational snowball effect. The likelihood of their children owning homes remains low, continuing a chain of economic inequality that could have been avoided by a more fair and equitable real-estate system like ours.
