DCANS Mortgage UK is one of two(2) built-in direct mortgage providers of our platform - the other one is DCANS Mortgage Ghana.
Our in-house direct regulation compliant mortgage platforms are meant to offer "no foreclosure" low-rate longer tenure mortgages, to help us sell our properties fast and quick, without our prospective buyers having to rely on any expensive traditional bank mortgage.
DCANS Mortgage Ghana offers mortgages in Ghana Cedis Only, whilst our UK Division DCANS Mortgage UK offers direct mortgages in GBP and USD.
