 Specialised Home Mortgages for all workers of The DCANS Group (TDG) Limited (including its subsidiaries and affiliates) recruited via TDG Jobs Ghana (a dedicated recruitment platform of the TDG)
 Seamless upgrade of the The DCANS Group's Rent to Buy option for all prospective homebuyers who initially could not qualify for a home mortgage right away.
