Construction Loans

If you want to build a home, a construction loan can be a good choice. You can decide whether to get a separate construction loan for the project and then a separate mortgage to pay it off, or wrap the two together. In general, you need a higher down payment for a construction loan and proof that you can afford it.

We provide construction loans to prospective builders from Residential Owner-Occupiers and Build-to-Let and/or Build-to-Sell residential projects - all via Build Now Pay Later Ghana or DCANS Developments.

Additionally, we offer affordable construction loans to Affordable Home Builders & Developers directly, with offtaker built-in.

 

AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROVIDERS

To qualify for construction loans with us, you already need to own unencumbered land. If you're an affordable housing provider who already own land, we can provide affordable construction financing directly to your business with off-plan developments together with the land serving as collateral for the loan.
